Weigh Dry: Cream of Rice, Oatmeal
Weigh Cooked: Meats, Veggies
Ground meats cook in non-stick pan with no oils or butter
Seasonings and Sauces MUST be 0-5 calorie AND have 0 sugar. Use in moderation.

Water: One gallon a day
Diet Soda, 0 calorie/sugar water flavorings, and black coffee are fine
May use stevia or cinnamon to sweeten cream of rice, oatmeal, or coffee.
Places like Starbucks also have sugar free carmel, vanilla, chocolate syrups
